I'm new to RP in FFXIV, but I've had some ideas percolating since 1.0. Can't wait to hear some of your stories!

Some light/casual RP in XI and WoW.

I'm a Highlander. Some have expressed skepticism about my name, so I plan on justifying it by using it as a stage name (I'm a hard), taken from my mother, who earned it in a battle with the Garleans during the fall of Ala Mhigo.
--How did you learn about the coalition?
I googled "ffxiv rp".
--What kind of a role-player are you aiming to be? Light, medium, or heavy?
Light to medium, but hopefully with a few encounters with the heavy groups.
--Anything from real life you'€™re comfortable with sharing? (Work, school, hobbies, etc)
Probably in later posts. I draw and program.
