Based on Art of Eorzea, the JP release and the EU/NA releases are the exact same. Some portions are translated while artist comments usually aren't. If the Japanese stores (amazon.co.jp or others) are cheaper especially shipping and the exchange rate is better, go ahead and order it now.

But this line might mean that it is different. Fuck me.

Already preordered. Though I'd dearly, dearly love to get my hands on the SE Store Member only artbook @_@ but no way in hell am I gonna be able to build up 300 SE Member points for it.
