Hey there,

So, as the title suggests, I am new to FF14... very new. So new in fact that I'm suffering a bit of culture shock. I've played WoW since its inception, and pretty much every other MMO save for a few, including this one. I just happened to see an ad for Heavensward and thought "Huh, that looks neat." and turns out FF14 really is an interesting MMO.Â

In every MMO I've played, I've always gravitated towards RP, I love it, from writing by myself to creating stories with others, guild stories, everything. Been doing it for over ten years now. However, as I'm extremely unfamiliar with the lore surrounding FF14, I have literally no idea where to begin. So here I am.Â

I'm looking to find someone who can spend some time with me, teaching me the lore, and, I hope, RPing with me as well, once I'm caught up. While my character is only level 12 as of this post, and and on Siren, I'll level fast, and eventually with a paid transfer, move to Balmung.Â

I really would appreciate any and all help, as I really want to dive into the lore of this game, the RP community, FCs and everything.Â

I can try to help out with lore stuff. And and I know Sounsyy on the RPC has a masterful expertise in it as well! ...I pale in comparison (and in being able to link sources), but can prolly help get you on your feet.
