Ribbon Maker Strikes Again, Victim Found Dead

Reports like this are never easy to read nor are the easy to write. It is with trembling hands that I write this now. A few nights ago, it was confirmed that the Ribbon Maker left behind another victim, this time in Gridania.
Autopsy reports confirm that the victim, whose name is still unknown, was violated before she was brutally beaten to death by blunt force trauma to the head and face. This lends to the difficulty of trying to identify her. The report also shows that she was heavily drugged before she died. The drug is unknown at this time. A source also confirms that the one responsible is taking pieces of clothing as a souvenir and then leaving it as a ribbon somewhere near his next victim (which has sparked his infamous title).
What is worse is that this is not his first victim. He has left a trail of six prior and none are left alive. How long will it be before authorities make their arrest and keep this monster from terrorizing women?
Inspector Desmond, who is the captain of the Special Crimes Division, was available for a statement, which is quoted below.
“We are doing everything we can to catch the person responsible for this most heinous trail of crimes. We understand the public’s concern and assure you that every step is being taken to make sure we get this guy in a vice that he possibly can’t escape. That being said… we know that he specifically targets female miqo’te. Please, if you see this male miqo’te, Ehvar, do not engage him. Contact the local authorities immediately.â€
