I got a message as well and banned the sucka. To anyone here who may have gotten the messages, DON'T click the link. There is a HUGE possibility that the website may have a key logger and you will compromise your account. Even if you have a security token, SE's servers are NOT secure right now, so if you did curiously click the link, I HIGHLY suggest running a check on your system before logging in. Ad bots are trying to get more clever/aggressive it seems. Got two PMs myself. I may have to implement PM restrictions for new registrations -.- To reiterate though, do not click the link in the PMs.
