I. Basic Info
- Characters: Zhan'a Rakhin, Kasaris Rakhin
- Primary character: Zhan'a
- Amount of RP (light, medium, heavy):
Medium-ish. By default I'm usually OOC (and I tab out of the game very often when idle, though a tell will grab my attention). However, I am very happy to jump IC at pretty much any time as long as I'm not committed to anything. Also, rarely I will have one of my characters confined to a specific location IC and will not be able to RP elsewhere.
- Views on RP combat and injuries:
Neither of my characters are particularly good in a fight, but hey! I prefer RPing things out rather than rolling, but if someone would like to roll I don't mind. Injuries are all right, so don't be shy if my characters are asking for a fist in the face or what have you. Just, as usual, please don't kill or mortally wound them without my consent. Oh. And, despite my amusement at the frequent threats to take Zhan'a's tail/ears/organs, please don't actually do this. Although he really only needs one kidney, I guess...
- Views on IC romance:
I don't really mind, and if that's where the RP goes then that's where it goes. Kas, however, will be resistant to any sort of relationship until settling some things with a former partner.
- Views on non-romantic RP (family ties, etc):
Family is all right, though obviously we'd need to talk OOC first. Other connections are fantastic! Kasaris would probably be acquainted with or know about dragon researchers/enthusiasts, anyone who works at or frequents the observatorium in Coerthas, and anyone associated with the arcanist's guild. For Zhan'a: anyone associated with the alchemist's guild, other craftsmen, any current criminals in Uldah or any that were active in Limsa five to ten years prior. Both would probably be vaguely familiar with Keeper families in the northern reaches of the Shroud.
- Views on lore:
I do my best to keep to it! I like continuing to learn about it as well. Other people bending it doesn't really bother me all the much, so have at?
- Views on chat functions (/say, /linkshell, etc):
/say, IC LS: IC by default, will define OOC with parentheses
Tell: OOC by default, will define IC with quotation marks during whispered conversations.
Party: Pretty much always OOC. I've used it once (in a weird combo with /say) during an IC dungeon run, but I prefer not to.
