In the scorching desert heat of Thanalan, a blonde haired, flame-colored highlighted Hyur of tall stature wearing tattered clothes walks amongst the sands towards the great city-state of Ul'dah, with a grand and determined smile all the way. With his amber necklace shining in the radiant sun, he smiles as he touches the steps on the Gate of Nald, the grand entrance to Ul'dah from Central Thanalan. "I can't believe it. I'm finally here! What wonders await me in the future now. Now my adventure begins!" He says with joy as he enters the great city in the desert.
