Description:
Considered armed and dangerous with sufficient martial training, civilians and those of upstanding character are advised to stay away. He has been seen in and about the Forgotten Springs, Little Ala'Mhigo, Ul'dah and the Goblet. May be traveling with a sundrake and was last seen in company with a Keeper woman. Seen carrying both axe and lance.

Warrant for his arrest is authorized by her majesty, Nanamo Ul'Namo as issued by Flame General Raubahn Aldynn.

75,000 gil, capture
OR 1000 gil for information that leads to an arrest.

Kage looked at one of the notices with what he considered to be an unreadable and blank expression. In reality, the lalafells eyelids constantly blinked as he read it with slightly furrowed brows and a slight frown to his lips.

"He's done what now?"

The lalafell shook his head before adjusting his beret to fit more snugly to his head and continuing to shake his head.

"I guess I really should be glad the house isn't mine anymore and m'not livin' with a person like that. Natalie really -did- attract the crazies..."

Description:
Eye witness accounts declare a heavily robed man, tall, and thin entered the Mist one fortnight ago and attempted to murder an innocent Miqo'te woman via bow and arrow. The man was seen fleeing the Mist soon after but nobody has a clear view of his face. First hand accounts believe he may have been Elezen, but descriptions could also be of a Roegadyn female. The victim remains in stable condition

Description:

Short, thin and generally dirty in appearance, especially in the face. Typically dressed in drab clothing, this female Miqo'te is pale and has her black hair combed back over her head. Tail is bent at the end, likely the source of her alias, though she will not acknowledge nor answer to the name. Suspect is not to be underestimated and if spotted, please contact law enforcement as soon possible.

Description:
Dark-haired Hyur man usually seen wielding a large axe.
ATTENTION: Ryo is considered armed and extremely dangerous. Attempts to subdue should not be made alone. If seen, citizens are advised to keep clear of the man and alert law enforcement immediately. By all accounts the man is void-touched and may not be considered human.

REWARD:
300,000 gil for his head.

Return the target, or his remains, to any Ul'dahn law enforcement office.
