II. RP StyleÂ

Amount of RP (light, medium, heavy):
Well I bought the game because of the promising rp community, if that says anything! I do like to actually play, but I'm here for the rp. That said, I'm not IC all the time. I'm probably somewhere around medium-heavy.
Views on RP combat and injuries:
Absolutely! with consent. I'm ALL FOR adventure / combat / intense rp, but anything that will result in significant emotional or physical scarring should be discussed first.Â
Views on IC romance:
As long as there is a very, very clear line between ic and ooc, this is good too! I'm not a fan of storybook insta-romance, though, and it isn't my primary storytelling focus, but if there is a chemistry between characters and the stories just happen to evolve naturally in that direction, sure!
Views on non-romantic RP (family ties, etc):
A MILLION TIMES THIS. I feel as though friendships can be just as valid as romances when it comes to emotional development in rp, if not moreso. Bring it on! My characters' family members tend to be npcs, though.
Views on lore:
I'm very, very new to ffxiv so I'm picking up on it slowly. Patience, please! Historically, though, I don't mind a bit of lore-bending or gap-filling as long as it's tasteful.
Views on chat functions (/say, /linkshell, etc):
I primarily use /em, /s, and /w for their intended purposes in a narrative fashion as opposed to asterisks, but I'm cool with either!

100% you should seek out Oli if you like a fun RP time! I have been loving watching her RP and occasionally being able to participate. She is definitely worth a look if you are wanting to RP.Â
