It was true, the three did know each other. That could be a problem, but Kiht did not have time to think about it. Xydane regarded her, and asked her a question. She was more than willing to answer given that the situation was urgent and needed explanation. She may not have been with the caravan, but she was almost certain she now understood the situation.
"Right, I have been tracking a force of Ixal. I mean a massive force, Xydane. Small army sized. Apparently, they attacked the caravan that these two were a part of." Kiht said as she pointed to Andre and Clover. "Took many people captive, and left." She looked up at the sky and pointed to it with her index finger. "See that? That is going to wash away their tracks." She looked back to Andre and Clover. "We can not delay. The only reason I know of that would make the Ixal take live captives is that they want to offer them as sacrifices to Garuda. If they intend a summoning, they must be stopped." Kiht was speaking in a tone of urgency, but was making sure to be clear and concise in the way she was talking. She turned her gaze back to Xydane. "I need to quickly examine the site of the attack on the caravan, and then we can go after them."
Kiht meant to infer that Xydane and herself should go after the Ixal. She would not be expecting the unarmed couple to come along. However, she felt that sense of urgency pushing her to get to the point. She felt there was little time to ask questions.
Droplets of rain started to fall onto her bandana and leathers. She could already feel her sense of smell beginning to dull. There was little time.
"What say you?" She asked Xydane as she crossed her arms.
