He's very familiar/experienced by now with something very similar. As for peddling actual in-game items, you'd have an easier time if most semi-rare drops were tradable. Alas, they aren't. THAT SAID. You could peddle them IC to help folks justify why they have what they have (e.g. "I've got this sweet looking axe now thanks to Tarot!")
