Is there any reason to hold the event on the 13th every month? I know the real-life connotations with spookiness and the thirteenth, but I'm wondering if perhaps turn-out suffered due to the 13th not always falling on a weekend. I know I'm worthless most work nights.
No reason you can't fluff it to always being the 13th of the Eorzea-month when you hold these events, and that'd free you up to just do it like, last-weekend of the month or something.
Just throwing a half-formed two cents out there.
Oh I agree! It used to be set during the weekends but 'Spooky the 13th' has a nice ring to it.
Every event has always had well over 70 which is great and that is not why it's being cancelled.Â
We are currently getting a larger staff for one and we now have 2 pearls: one for OOC fun and the other for IC action.
There were a few too many that loved the concept but were never obligated to join or help with the events yet they wanted to soak up the RP and be in the event without really helping or practicing (yes, we practice the events
