My knowledge of SCH is sketchy at best, but I'm fairly sure you can let Galv drop on anyone who isn't a tank and patch them up if they need it. I've also heard that saving charges for Lustrate is the way to go unless you know there's something incoming that requires Sacred Soil. Edit: Shitty tanks are shit.
