Aya's eyes opened a little further at the mention of Gridania, "Oh, really?! I did not know you had spent much time in Gridania! Did you like it there? Where the sun filters in like little shafts through the leaves?" she made a silly little motion with her fingers, trying to emulate the rays of sunlight in the forest. "I think its such a wonderful place..."
She lets out a sighing breath, her shoulders sagging slightly as she smiles softly.
"I don't really visit too many friends, no... sometimes I see C'kayah in Limsa Lominsa, but usually when I am there he isn't. I find its a terrific place for a little shopping though, especially for shoes! Ul'dah just.. well, they don't make good shoes here, you know? They may make the best jewelry anywhere, but I guess you can't have everything!"
