She folds the book and places it down, "As for giving, I don't see how any could be unmoved by the plight of these people." She casts a irritated look up to the gleaming spires of the city, "Besides of course, the only ones who could do something to end this situation."
She holds out a hand, "Evangeline Primrose, by the way. What should I call you, Ser Knight?"
