Just a brief mod note here. I would prefer if people not say things on this thread that could get a subpoena floated my way. I'm not saying that anyone has done this yet, just that one should be aware of the rather grey jurisprudence on this matter in the United States (remember: the Miller test is applied by a potentially icked-out jury, a fact not lost on prosecutors), the effects of elected prosecutors on prosecutorial discretion, and the fact that the RPC is indexed by all major search engines.
