Evangeline looks up slowly, "I... I'm not sure why you're doing this Otto." She smirks slightly, "I remember at our last meeting, you were the suspicious one. Now I find myself in that category."
She nods, "This is certainly a start... a clinic, perhaps a small school. I will have to start small... find people who can be trusted. It would do little good to build a school, only to have it burned down for kindling."
Shaking her head, "I still find it hard to believe the monetarists seem to be more concerned about this issue than the royalists..." Evangeline laughs, "They merely tell me that I am crazy."
She takes the report, and slides it next to the check. "I truly am grateful Otto, I just don't understand Otto... what do you get out of all this? I thought you hated this city, these people."
