Seconding Unamed Merc, Friends of Momodi is pretty good for hanging out and talking about nonsense.

It's also a good way to meet lots of people, and make connections. It doesn't have a real activity or RP requirement. But it fills up occasionally, and I'll kick people who haven't talked for several months.
