Hello everyone. I'm Lekka! I started playing FFXIV around the middle of last year, but ran out of steam because I was playing it far too much as a progression MMO - too much focus on doing the daily grind and far too little time actually enjoying myself in this beautiful world.
Recently I've been having massive nostalgia for the Final fantasy universe, I played FFXI for years and years and since I did enjoy FFXIV, I decided to come back here for another attempt. A far more RP focused and "casual" attempt.
 - For me that's mostly important because between work and my art I don't really have the time to keep up with progression, and as stated it just burns me out.
Previously I have RP'ed fairly extensively in the EVE online universe, if anyone here was familiar with that I was affiliated with various groups, mainly seen around the Guristas RP'ers of VETO but also with friends and connections in Angel space.
In EVE I was an "unlawful good" character one supposes, and in FFXIV I currently mostly have a rough idea of how I want to play Lekka.. I'll probably be reading a lot around on this forum and taking a few notes on things I like the idea of before I set anything in stone
Oh, but I suppose I can include that I am a Hells guard Roegadyn. Tall lady, blue hair. Main jobs were White mage and Paladin, will probably base her character around one of those jobs unless I have a revelation and get some good new ideas.
