Yes, it's what we were talking about. People feel it's unfair to have to pay the extra fee to transfer.
Honestly, I wish SE would keep their promise made back in the 1.0 days and release an official RP server, offering free transfers to it. I'd rush there in a blink, even if that meant losing our current FC house. So tired of my RP-griefing neighbors...
To be an interesting, intriguing, well-written character, there needs to be something to allow the audience to relate to them. That is what the problem is with who wants their character to be "perfect". Perfect characters will never be strong, and strong characters will never be perfect, because WE (those who read, who watch, who RP) are not perfect.
