I'm still trying to get onto Belmung myself. Â I noticed a few good guides for beginer Rpers on these forums.
Two simple rules.
Rp your own character not someone's else. Â As in don't post what happens let them decide. Â Example *Draws a fist and punches Hillbilly in the nose* is bad form. Â I posted that you get hit. Â Good form would be *Throws a punch for Hillbilly's nose hoping to punch the smug look of his face.* Â The second form leaves you to choose if you get hit or not.
Second YOU CAN GET HIT! Â avoid being a God mode as in someone who so skilled they can't be harmed or laugh at the attempt at being harmed. Â That and those who seem to be able to do anything well.
Follow those basic tips and the rest should be fine.
