The problem with larger events and the EU timezone is that there isn't a whole lot of people that wants to create them/Has the time to. I've been looking for ideas for a while, but very little in terms of input and inspiration has come my way.Â
The reason why I created the European directory is to eliminate the big obstacle of communication. Obviously, any European community is never going to be extremely big - WoW has that, but in every other game I've been to in the past 4 years, EU roleplayers have been a minority in a minority. It calls for people being more pro-active, but even so we would never match the activity level of the US community.Â
Comparatively speaking EU'ers here, as far as I can tell, are doing a lot better than certain other communities out there - I'm never going to go out and say that everything is perfect, merely that there are a number of us here (Somewhere above 100, I reckon) and that's really that. The more proactive you are the more RP you see, seems to be a thing you can apply to RP in general, regardless of timezone.Â
