Good Guys Guys: 1,264,109  Bad Guys: 0 Edit: I'm not speaking from experience, but in just about every role-play i see, bad guy always loses. That isn't terribly surprisingly in a heroic fantasy setting though. Consequences are important and whilst it can be frustrating and boring to see the hero save the day over and over again it's equally as jarring to see the villain(s) escape unscathed with absolutely no repercussions for their actions. When they make repeat appearances it risks making even the most fearsome foe becoming little more than a cartoon antagonist.
