You could also set up a static and sell endgame runs and such. Granted that its not the biggest moneymaker due to the fact that not many people buy the high costs for the runs but on occasion, it is a quick way to make an easy 3-5 million, though that would be the max payout for a group of seven. Divided up, each person would get less than a million of that.
IMO, the selling system is somewhat outdated due to the fact it requires a community with alot of money for it to work. Pretty sure it will kick up again when 3.0 comes out though because new endgame content.
I really wish the game had a continent or massive land expanse that was open world PvP like ArcheAge. Would be easy to make money that way as well if there was things like merchant packages or territory wars.
A good idea to take to all of this is that you should think of this in real world terms. There will always be a demand for something. You just gotta think of what makes the most as well as how easy it is and do that said thing.
