Erik has been a the game for a long time, and has done many bad things. So much that he, very privately, that when he dies, no matter how much good he does, he is damned for the life he has lead.

If you want a list,....

He's tortured.... alot. Lied, killed (justifiably) and murdered. He is not above trickery where needed, and will use whatever advantage available to complete his mission. But that is all something he keeps to himself. There is only one person that knows how deep the hole is, and its not Clio.
