To be fair the same problems that affect the official FFXIV forum can be found here at times. It just doesn't bubble to the surface as often or directly as it does over there. The only reason I don't post on the official site frequently is due to how clunky the site feels. It also lacks the close knit feel that I grew used to back when I role-played in WoW. It's a shame that there aren't realm exclusive boards over on the official site to help bring together the community.
