Also I think it's mostly a common sense sort of thing. If they are talking about something that doesn't seem private (family, relationship, etc) it should be fair game in a pub or other communal hang out. Also, yay! Another Roe! I am away atm but if you ever see Kestrael Grymstahlwyn feel free to come rp with me! No tell necessary.
