Shoshopu's definitely had a hand in killing a Garlean or several (I'm trying to remember if she's personally solo'd one or had the killing blow and I'm drawing blanks). She tries not to think about the implications of it, though.
I think, in her opinion, the worst thing she's ever done is lie to the Captain of her Free Company. It was a white lie to protect a friend, but a lie nonetheless.
edit: Some other things she's done (but doesn't personally consider as bad as lying) are help her older brothers steal food occasionally and gamble, during the first few years after the Calamity when her family had to live on the streets of Ul'dah. The youngest of her four older brothers became a pugilist and would enter fighting competitions and they'd all place bets on him.
