Room for improvement (also seeking critique)

I'm not necessarily talking about there personality in itself, but in terms of forming that kind of personality and their background, as well as rp etiquette in general.   As for me, I don't consider myself a professional so I'm constantly trying to better my character profile as well as lurk in the rpc for tips and connections.
