It's been answered, but according to Fernhalwes at the Las Vegas Lore Panel, all races live an average life span of 80-100 years, with Elezen living a slightly extended life span. He did not give a specific number, but we can assume if Hyur live 80-100, Elezen may live anywhere from 90-120 years.
HOWEVER, it was also brought up that because Eorzeans live in a very dangerous time and have much more strenuous jobs than your average Earth human, that most people do not live to see their full life span for one reason or another. So most Eorzeans consider anyone above 50 years old to be pretty on up there.
