Well Ramona may be the only one of my characters adventuring Eorzea. Of course Ramona herself would probably be an antagonist on wanted posters everywhere. Because no one suffers a homicidal black mage with a permanent grin on her face as she drains your aether and the aether of everyone you love. Alternatively she could also be dead in the Wanderer's Palace or the whole 'I murdered my FC'(server transfer) doesn't happen.
Vari wouldn't have a boyfriend on account of him either being the corpse buried under the sagolii sands or Tia in a nomadic offshoot of the U tribe.
Nako wouldn't have errand boy because he'd probably be a brewer in Wineport or a pirate like what his mother want for him. Of course he might end up having an errand girl too... Until of course some shit happens that erases Kat.
