So, I decided to log my alts to do the quest with them and so being able to get the choker as we now have all the rows complete and the Father's quest is unlocked. But, as I logged I'silmë and did the first quest, I noticed that the 2nd quest, the one giving the choker wasn't available. I had to do the Treasure Hunt quest (lv36) and do 1 event map to have it unlocked.
Which mean that any character under lv 36 can't have the choker while trying to do the quest solo.
BUT ! As Kurt gently explained, it's possible to party with someone and use their map to have the quest validated, so, lets change this thread to an helpful one : If you have your main or your alt under lv 36, ask here for some help to duo those maps so you will have the quest unlocked
