It's been ages since I did the Titan MSQ fight, but aren't the other people he tempers restrained prisoners? It's not like you come with a party of armed adventurers at him, which then get tempered.
I don't think I agree with this "it's polite not to discuss some storyline things in open RP" stance. If it's okay to mention in FC RP, then it's okay to mention in open RP too. Everything about the game is interpreted differently by different people, and you should not have to refrain from mentioning some things in open RP just because they might ruin someone's vision of how things really have gone. If they don't agree with you? They can just ignore you and don't RP with you. This is the most important thing about RP, something not everyone remembers: if you don't like someone, just don't play with them. Pretend they don't exist. Nobody has the right to force their RP on you.

Some people disregard the 2.0 storyline entirely, some regard it as being in the past, a few do RP it so where-ever they are in MSQ it's 'current time'. The 2.1+ stuff is handled similarly. So, again, it's generally considered polite to not discuss it in open company.

Similar thing to MSQ events and MSQ-RP. Some people don't acknowledge it, some people do in the sense that unnamed adventurers took care of the whole business, some people RP as having done it, so it's generally polite to refrain from mentioning in open RP.
