Oh, oh, oh, another tweaker! YAY!

I *highly* recommend Reshade, which GemFX is being actively ported into, along with SweetFX and MasterEffect! LuciferHawk hasn't quite finished the GemFX conversion, but details of his progress, along with lots of pictures and video samples, can be found at: http://reshade.me/forum/shaderpack-gemfx/162-dev-blog
The rest can be found at http://reshade.me/ and the other shader suites in the forums. And it's all brilliant :3 There was a new release of MasterEffect released last night, built from the ground up for Reshade instead of being a port from ENB as with previous versions, and it's a huge performance boost next to the last implementations o.o
Here's a few screenies from the prior release, with just a touch of Depth of Field, curves, vibrance, and FilmicPass added from MasterEffect, and some texture sharpening courtesy of SweetFX:
The really good news, is that LuciferHawk is also turning his GemFX configurator tool into a Reshade configurator! Â Which'll make it all so much easier

Edit: Latest MasterEffect supports a HUD masking tool. You can make a PNG that tells it where not to apply the effects. Useful, as Depth of Field occasionally blurs the UI >_>
