First meeting Ado was pretty adorable. It was on my alt when she was alive, M'subi, and he was getting dragged off to get a tooth pulled. Eventually it lead to more RP on my main in which Lili eventually adopted him 
C'kayah was interesting and I also first met him on M'subi too. He was very helpful for her first day in Ul'dah!
Kaiten/Excen was pretty memorable as well: I initially whispered him in the game because he was wearing an outfit I had never seen before and he looked very dapper in it. Now we live together about a year later!
