The hyur was partially relieved with the departure of a couple of the men. That relief was short lived as another man walked into the tavern, though she decided to pay him no heed and replied to Yecely’s faint grin with one of her own before turning her attention to Luralel. There were now four ladies at the table and she figured that would be more than enough to deflect any other men from approaching them.
“You don’t need to say anything entertaining, Luralel. Your company is fine as is. Although I probably should be leaving shortly. The delivery service should be delivering the rest of my belongings soon I would think.â€Â
