Alright, I was about to get sad because he hates Ul'dah, but then your hook about her mother and mercenaries. That's a total hook. Domri loves making money, so it's quite possible he would approach her and try to cash in on that job. Rich people as the client? Oh, yes. He would definitely be all over that.

Sometimes, he has a brain, so it would probably be him trying less-aggressive ways to get her to Limsa. He wouldn't just roll up and try to haul her off so there would probably be meaningful interaction since she doesn't seem the type who would make him annoyed. He may be socially aggressive to a point it becomes suspicious eventually. (I'm also really bad at predicting what the heck Domri does, so this is all subject to not happen at all. Ask some of my RP partners.)

The oooooonly thing is while I'm throwing this out there right now, I might not be able to get to it until the mid to end-ish part of the week. He's been busy as of late and I know he has stuff going on today and tomorrow for certain. But if it sounds like something you'd be interested in, just let me know. And I will look for you in-game regardless.

EDIT: I forgot he plays cello and sometimes the harpsichord but not above an average skill level. He looooves music.
