She's a Seeker miqo with nothing even resembling a tribal name, because she's not from an Eorzean tribe, being native Doman. And on top of that, her name is taken directly from a manga character, and has very, very similar attributes and goals. And yet back when I used to sit around the QS she got talked to quite frequently.
