I will agree and echo what Warren said here, and add something. It may not seem active or open, the fcs that is, is because rp fcs tend to be very nitch, I know my rp fc is. Its hard to find a "good" one because what is good depends on if their theme fits you as an rper. There are a lot of them, but their specialized theme makes them seem limited.
