Zarek's typically a very solid 4 (but sometimes a powerful 5 depending on the story). He's got some training but not enough to be a master (needs to find one in RP really). What he lacks in official training he makes up for in experience fighting (or throwing fights).Â
I'd like to see him eventually get to 3 status by way of accessing chakra and all though, on a temporary basis. It's not the best example but I definitely view it as similar to say Rock Lee in Naruto.
