Rank 4 materia | #10 04-17-2015, 03:28 AM Honestly, most sources I see anymore say that the negligible amount of dps you gain from using Rank IVs isn't worth the money sink. Unless you're crazy competitive about dps (which seems unlikely with the expansion so soon), I'd say just stop at rank 3 and add another stat.
