A lot of it has to do with the recent uprising of Heavenward information.
There's been a lot of disagreements over many things, most namely Dark Knight. All the aggression in those threads leaked onto other, unrelated to Heavenward threads. With the actual release of the expansion, most of it will (hopefully) die down. But yeah, not everything can always be positive like Aya said.Â
The best thing to do is just step away from the places that are heated and enjoy the things that aren't.
