Well I wouldn't call her a pet to her face, but Newton's Eos (named Hope) is probably the closest. Newton pretty much lets her have free reign to Newton's constant regret as her fairy likes to act against her if she's doing something that'll impact her (like planning to use Fantasia on her). At this point she's less like a Scholar's tool and more like a sidekick (probably of the hyper-competent variety in comparison to Newton herself).
Sometimes though, she likes to pull every single monster down on Newton's head, but while she can vanish into the aether, Newton's left to get her head kicked in. Which is probably karmic vengeance for Newton using her to get things slightly out of her reach or on the top shelf.
I'd request her sitting on a basket of fairy apples, her favourite food. As for what differentiates her from other Eos, she's wearing a tiny version of the scholar glasses (but not the hat).
And one day, one glorious day, I will actually update my RP wiki.
