He says that it's what his FC uses as you can use the client and a browser version if you're away at work and the text chat has become the FC chat because of it. It's really useful and good, the free aspect is great and hopefully it stays that way. It doesn't hold the same quality as Mumble/Vent/Teamspeak however, but that comes with the "free tag". Overall it's a good service for it's worth according to him.
