I've opened discussion with the other mods about getting it pinned to the top, next to the Bulletin Board.
Personally, I'd like to see if it takes off first (stays active) before making a decision. But at the same time, it could also be said that by pinning it now, that would be the necessary action to give it the exposure it needs to become active.
Just waiting for a few more mods to chime in on the subject so we can make a formal action.
