
I usually find myself reverting to the noun portion of a hellsgaurd name for familiar conversation and using the full name for a more polite tone. If I wanted to convey respect ect. I would probably tack "Ser" in front of the entire name.
As for Klyn, she views Iyrnahctwyn very much like any surname. Even though it differs from her brothers' surname by a letter, it still shows the family tie and honors her father. I think she would prefer to be addressed as Miss Iyrnahctwyn in a formal situation. However she isn't going to object much.
Generally she's just happy that people are not calling her Klinzome-thing-or-another.
