I favour The Carline Canopy and The Bismarck personally. They're both the sort of establishments that Graeham would realistically visit and I have some memorable experiences based on the role-play that has taken place in both areas.
There's also the 'restaurant' in Costa del Sol which is worth mentioning. It's a tad too busy lately with all the seasonal events going on nearby though.
