Bingo, and this is what Soren Miren stated in "Server Selection P2: What Ifs?". We can easily vote on this sort of thing before launch if the need arises.

What delay? We have like 3 months to decide this. Also why be part of a vote if you don't care about it and will just do your own thing anyways?
