My personal favorites in rp include telling someone to drink cactuar piss "aldgoat's ass" cursing someone to the fiery depths of the seventh hell calling someone cankerous (it's such a descriptive word) The tamer ones seem to include things like "heavens forefend!" and "Twelve strike you where you stand!"
