The Roegadyn look much like Human Male and Females. If you put a Body Builder Male and Female the differences in appearance are about Roegadyn proportions.
In FFXIV, the two that scratch this "do not want" itch for me are the Roes and the Au Ra.
Gonna second this. I don't see all that much disparity between male Roe and female Roe.
